Sleep Paralysis

Usually when I am very tired and find it difficult to fall asleep, I know I am more inclined to experience sleep paralysis. This starts as soon as my eyes are closed, consciously aware, my body starts to spin out of control, and feelings are like an outer body experience, spinning, hallucinations, tight chest, body twitches, weird sounds, coldness, and presence of Evil spirits. An awaken conscious paralysis state trying to free myself from what seems to be evil, I can feel my body twitching as I try to scream and pull myself out. The first time I ever experience Sleep Paralysis a black woman sat beside my bed and asked me 'Are you ready'? In which I replied 'ready for what? Then I started to experience intense states which happened every night for 1 1/2 years, now only several times a year half my experiences are in a dream state were I am the one wondering into another territory, the other half of my experiences are other's in my own surroundings, overlooking me in bed, many characters which seem to be identified as Devils, black spirits, one in particular who visited me frequently though not always bad. Sometimes I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience; it is just the feeling of being controlled by something, which is freaky, not knowing what will happen. I have had so many different experiences that I wanted to, at least try to capture them as a performance art piece.
